Yankeetown Dock operated about ten miles of trackage in Indiana from Booneville to Yankeetown on the Ohio River. Much of the traffic was coal from Peabody's Lynnville Mine which was then loaded onto barges at Yankeetown. 94 Thrall gondolas, YDC 420-513, were used to haul the coal. Later the reporting marks were changed to YDCX.
